The 2020 OUTstanding LGBT+ Role Model List, supported by Yahoo Finance, has recently been published. And in very exciting news, Rory McLellan, our Director of Logistics for Western Europe, has been recognised as one of the top 50 ally executives.

The executives you may find on the Allies List occupy leadership and managerial positions at large companies or lead smaller organisations.
All of the allies on the list, who themselves are not LGBT+ but support LGBT+ inclusion, are proudly nominated by peers and colleagues or put themselves forward.
Rory is our esteemed Logistics Director for the Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I. He is the company's executive sponsor for the PROUD LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group.
In this role he is responsible for advancing and representing the LGBT+ cause and PROUD group initiatives at management level.
Rory has been involved in a number of external campaigns run by AB-InBev including those to help unearth and engage the next generation of diverse talent.
Rory is a committed and inclusive mentor and is passionate about sharing his knowledge to help those of diverse backgrounds forge a rewarding career in our business and beyond.
